Historique :	Cette statue est contemporaine du retable et prend place dans une niche dont le fond adopte lui-même la forme d'une coquille. Les retables de l'église Saint-Cyr-et-Sainte-Julitte proviennent de l'église Saint-Saturnin d'Avranches.

Précision_sur la representation :	Le saint porte une longue robe ceinturée à la taille et un mantelet boutonné sur la poitrine, sur lequel est jeté un manteau retenu sur l'épaule dextre par une attache ronde. La coquille posée sur l'étoffe au niveau de l'épaule senestre, fait écho à celle du chapeau. La gourde traditionnelle en forme de calebasse est suspendue au grand bâton de pèlerin que le saint tient en main dextre. De l'autre main, il tient à la fois le Livre fermé et un pan de son manteau ramené contre la jambe.
