Historique :	Des reliques de saint Gerbold ont été retrouvées dans le chef et sur le buste de la statue en 1860 ; une mention de la découverte de ces ossements existe dans les registres de baptême ainsi que celui de la confrérie lors d'une première restauration. Ils furent retirés en 1909 et placés dans un reliquaire avec un procès-verbal.
