Historique :	Art semi-populaire (arrêté). La statue, et particulièrement la tête est à rapprocher de la statue de saint Jacques de la chapelle de l'hôpital de Périers. La forme du chapeau à larges bords, les grandes coquilles sur la pèlerine et le couvre-chef, ainsi que le type de costume, les traits du visage et le dessin de la chevelure (petites mèches recourbées vers l'arrière) sont en effet très semblables.
