Précision sur_l'état :	La statue de la Vierge a été restaurée.
Précision_sur la protection :	Le 1er janvier 2017, La Bazoge devient commune déléguée au sein de Juvigny les Vallées (commune nouvelle).
Précision_sur la representation :	Autel orné d'un médaillon enserrant le monogramme de la Vierge avec un coeur enflammé et une croix latine sur l'emmarchement, le tout encadré par deux branches de fleurs de lys reliées par un noeud. Le tabernacle, accosté de deux pilastres et de deux volutes, est sculpté d'un ciboire surmonté d'une coquille et d'un bouquet enrubanné mêlant lys, blé, roseau et grappe de raisin. Au-dessus est posée une statue de la Vierge à l'Enfant. Le retable, accosté de deux pilastres à chapiteau corinthien et de deux volutes à guirlandes, est surmonté d'un fronton chantourné sommé d'une croix latine et encadré par deux pots à feu. Les chandeliers sont décorés de têtes d'angelots.
