répondre aux préoccupations de ses adhérents par un programme de travail basé en particulier sur l'existence et l'action de groupe d'agriculteurs ; permettre aux utilisateurs des services mis en oeuvre par le CRDA du bocage et la chambre d'agriculture d'avoir une représentation qui leur soit propre ; participer, à travers le CRDA du bocage, à la responsabilité de ces actions et avoir une expression spécifique sur l'orientation du développement agricole ; constituer à proximité des agriculteurs, un centre d'initiatives en vue de la diffusion du progrès et de l'animation du milieu agricole, pour répondre à la mission confiée par la chambre d'agriculture au CRDA du bocage et à l'association CRDA Manche ; prendre l'initiative des concertations nécessaires avec tous ceux qui jouent un rôle dans le développement agricole local comme les responsables professionnels, les élus, les organismes économiques, lesvagents de développement, etc
