Objet :

sauvegarder, restaurer, mettre en valeur et promouvoir sur les plans architectural, patrimonial et touristique en France comme à l'étranger, du hangar à dirigeables d'Ecausseville, construit de 1917 à 1920, classé monument historique en 2003 et constituant le dernier vestige de l'époque des dirigeables ; favoriser, pour le musée qui lui est rattaché, l'accroissement de son patrimoine notamment par l'acquisition de certaines pièces ou documents, en faisant ou provoquant des libéralités ou des prêts, et en procurant gratuitement les concours nécessaires à cette acquisition et à ses réalisations ; insertion au travers de chantiers ou de travail dans le musée, afin de valoriser le site d'Ecausseville ; l'association a par son action un rôle social dans la société civile ; faire partager et former des jeunes dans une démarche éducative au niveau local et régional (accueil de jeunes en stage, formation de nouveaux animateurs bénévoles, formation au BIA, accueil des étudiants aux métiers du BTP pour l'étude du hangar, etc) ; mise à disposition et le partage des richesses historiques des archives de l'association et de ses membres (richesse intellectuelle et culturelle) qui représente un patrimoine matériel, immatériel et humain ; partager avec d'autres sites, organismes D’État ou privé ; parvenir à terme à la rentabilité de l'exploitation de l'ensemble
