Objet :

organiser, diriger et promouvoir la pratique du vol libre et des disciplines associées dont la fédération française de vol libre a délégation dans le département de la Manche, notamment par la création d'associations et d'écoles de vol libre, la mise au point d'un enseignement spécifique, la recherche des moyens permettant de développer une meilleure sécurité de ces sports, l'étude et la fixation des programmes et règlements sportifs, d'une manière générale, l'étude de tous problèmes concernant le vol libre et ses disciplines associées ; encourager, soutenir, coordonner et contrôler l'action des associations affiliées à la F.F.V.L. et de ses écoles ; organiser les compétitions de vol libre et disciplines associées ; représenter la F.F.V.L. et le vol libre français en tous lieux et toutes circonstances ; veiller à ce que le vol libre et ses disciplines associées, qui sont à la fois des sports et des techniques, restent des moyens de perfectionnement moral et soient des disciplines favorisant l'épanouissement de la personnalité
