créer et entretenir des liens de solidarité entre des personnes de la région granvillaise et des collectivités du Tiers-Monde en vue d'un développement autonome, d'abord avec des villages du Burkina-Faso et aussi avec des communautés d'autres pays ; créer et renforcer les coordinations avec les associations qui oeuvrent dans le même sens ; participer en France à la création d'une dynamique en faveur du développement solidaire de tous les peuples ; informer et former les adhérents et l'opinion publique sur les causes du mal-développement dans le monde par une éducation populaire au développement ; intervenir collectivement auprès des auteurs de décisions qui concernent les peuples des régions dominées pour soutenir les décisions qui favorisent le développement autonome et dénoncer les décisions qui aggravent la dépendance des peuples ; soutenir les luttes des droits fondamentaux de l'homme
